Every year Illini Hillel gives two prestigious awards to graduating seniors that have been involved in Hillel during their whole career at the University of Illinois. We want to hear who YOU think should receive an award from the seniors graduating. Nominate a senior by filling out the form, and then a small group of staff members and students will come together to read all of the nominations.

Nominations are due April 7th and the winners will be announced at Shabbat Dinner on May 3rd.

Awards:
1. Trachtenberg Award is for graduating Illini seniors that have been INVOLVED with Hillel and Jewish life on campus for ALL 4 years of their college career. This student should be a LEADER in Hillel and Jewish life, someone who was not a past Hillel President, and someone who made an IMPACT on Jewish life.

2. Etz Chayim award is for a transfer students or students that spent less than 3 years on campus that have been involved with Hillel and Jewish life on campus THROUGHOUT their time at U of I. This student should be a LEADER in Hillel and have made an IMPACT on Jewish life on campus.
