1 in 4 women and 1 in 16 men will experience actual or attempted sexual assault during their college career. April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month organized by the women's resource center and Illini Hillel is on the planning committee. We have a full week of events at Illini Hillel surrounding sexual assault awareness. 

Bagel Brunch: Take the Bystander Pledge

Join us for our Sandy's Sunday Bagel Brunch with our bagel spread and an opportunity to take the It's On Us Bystander Pledge. 

Tie Dye for Take Back the Night

Monday, April 23rd from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.

Help us create the new RACES banner for the Take Back the Night walk on Thursday, April 26th. Bring your own items to tie dye as well.

On Thursday, April 26th, we will be joining R. A. C. E. S. to take a stand and come march to support survivors and to end sexual assault. Meet at 5:15 at Illini Hillel to all head over to Lincoln Square Mall for 39th Annual Take Back the Night!

It's On Us Shabbat

Friday, April 27th at 6:00 p.m.

Join us for our free, kosher It's On Us Shabbat! Take the pledge, join us for services at 6 p.m. and free, kosher dinner at 7 p.m.
