A Day in the Life... Trina Blum '20
Every Monday, I head to research park to the Intellectual Disabilities Communications Lab to code data. I am a Speech and Hearing Sciences major hoping to work with children with Down Syndrome.
I stop by Hillel to grab coffee at Cafe Sababa and work on homework for a bit. I love being able to catch up with friends while I’m here; it’s a big highlight of my week! While there, I also check my email for updates on orientation for JUF Kefiada this summer. I am so excited to return to Israel with 9 other counselors from Chicago! The staff at Hillel helped me to apply for this wonderful opportunity.
I head to Huff Hall for a college of Applied Health Sciences student council board meeting. I am the Vice President of the Student Council. I will be back to Hillel for some last minute studying!
