Sigma Delta Tau prides itself in valuing sisterhood, friendship, loyalty, and scholarship. Sigma Delta Tau supports Prevent Child Abuse America, a foundation working towards an end to child abuse in our country. Each semster, our chapter hosts a philanthropic event at the University of Illinois campus designed to raise money and awareness for our charity. Sig Delts love to have fun at events like semi-formal in the fall and the new member formal in the spring, but we also study very hard. Academic excellence and integrity are key to our success as a chapter and as individuals.
