It’s one of my favorite times of year- High Holidays!
This is a time of reflection, a time of pensiveness, a time of forgiveness, and a time of renewal. Rosh HaShana, the start of the new year of the Jewish calendar, provides a fresh start for everyone. If you have experienced success in this year, bring it into the next. If you have experienced sorrow or failure, learn from it and make the new year better. Yom Kippur allows for reflection, too. Look back at the year you had. Did you have bad study habits? I did, so I am reflecting on the year and thinking toward the coming year to see how to make things better.
So this High Holiday season, think about the year you have and look forward to the year ahead!
