2. I'm taking time each day to relax, even if it's just for a few minutes.
Easier said than done. Still, small steps in your day can help you work towards those two simple factors. We're all incredibly busy, but none of us are so busy that we can't spend ten minutes meditating, five minutes watching our favorite show, or fifteen minutes sitting on the quad watching the busybodies run by. Try one of those things! And have a relaxing, fulfilling weekend.
